1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must be at least 18 years old to use xxthree.
• The platform is not intended for minors. We take age verification seriously in line with Nigerian law and international best practices.
• You must not use xxthree if prohibited under Nigerian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Provide accurate information, including valid Nigerian phone number or email where applicable.

3. Content on xxthree

• You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant xxthree a license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform.
• SFW (Safe For Work) Rules: Our mobile app provides a Safe For Work experience. In the SFW section/app:
  • Content must be appropriate for all audiences (no nudity, sexual acts, suggestive poses, fetish material, or sexually arousing content).
  • Creators must properly tag content as SFW.
  • Violations will lead to content removal and possible account suspension.

4. Prohibited Conduct (Important for Nigerian users) You agree not to upload, post, or promote:

• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content in the SFW section.
• Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence, or illegal activities.
• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or content that violates Nigerian Cybercrimes Act or public morality.
• Spam, fraud, or misleading content.
• Any material that promotes adultery or undermines Nigerian cultural/religious values (in SFW areas).

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave).
• xxthree platform fee is [15%].
• All transactions are final, except where required by Nigerian law.
• Creators can set prices for their SFW exclusive content.

6. Data Protection

• We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

• You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

7. Termination and Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially those breaching SFW rules or Nigerian laws.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
