Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

xxthree respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We are committed to responding to legitimate claims of copyright infringement on our platform.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement If you believe that any content on xxthree infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice with the following information:

• Your full name and contact details (email and phone number)
• A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on xxthree
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

2. Counter-Notice If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright claim, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email
• The exact location (URL) where the content appeared before it was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Our Response Process

• Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, we will promptly review and take necessary action, which may include removing or disabling access to the disputed content.
• We will notify the user whose content was removed.
• If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days, unless we receive notice that legal action has been taken by the complaining party.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy xxthree has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing content may be suspended or permanently terminated.

5. Important Notes

• This policy is in accordance with the Nigerian Copyright Act 2022 and international best practices (including the DMCA where applicable).
• Submitting false or misleading copyright notices may result in legal liability.
• This policy covers only copyright issues. For other complaints (harassment, explicit content in SFW, etc.), please contact us at support@xxthree.com.
